With Netscape open and running, click on "Edit" in the menu bar at the top of the window. Select "Preferences" from the drop down window. (Figure 1.) The Netscape Preferences window will open.
With the Preferences window open, select "Advanced" in the left-hand Category menu. The java options will then appear in the right-hand side of the Preferences window. Simply check the "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript" options. (Figure 2)
Now, just Save/Apply/OK your changes, and you're done!
