Filling your spiritual needs
Three churches are located within the City of Velva, along with numerous rural congregations. Oak Valley Lutheran Church, St. Cecilia Catholic Church and the Velva Methodist Church all offer Sunday services and a variety of adult and youth programs.
If you are a member of another denomination, there are approximately 50 churches in Minot and the surrounding area, including Seventh Day Adventist, Baptist, Presbyterian, Mennonite, Nazarene, Episcopal, Christian Science, Hebrew, Unitarian, Pentecostal and Greek Orthodox. All are less than 30 minutes from Velva's Main Street.
